Strengthening Innovation Exchange and Future Collaboration Opportunities in the Building Materials Industry
As the architecture and interior design industries continue to evolve, building material innovation and sustainable applications have become a key focus for many enterprises. Recently, Techcential International, hosted by Share-Information LTD, conducted a site visit to the Taipei Design Materials Center located in Neihu. The tour was personally led by Chairman of the PDH Group, providing an in-depth exchange that integrated technology, application, and strategic insights.

The primary goal of this visit was to promote cross-sector collaboration and knowledge sharing within the building materials industry. As a professional international team, Techcential International has long focused on integrating supply chains and innovating material applications. During this exchange, the team expressed strong recognition for Taiwan's local developments in building materials, construction techniques, and the overall layout of the exhibition center.

Throughout the visit, participants gained a deeper understanding of several innovative building technologies with strong market potential. These included the aesthetic and practical applications of large-format/slim tiles, the dry-hanging installation system which enhances seismic performance and construction efficiency, and SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring, known for its stability and environmental benefits. Chairman personally explained the characteristics and application scenarios of each material in detail, sharing successful real-world project experiences.

Share-Information LTD played a pivotal role in this visit, aiming to connect the building materials and design industries while advocating for digital transformation tools and the implementation of ESG sustainability principles. Both parties engaged in proactive discussions on future cooperation opportunities, such as product representation, technical exchange, and integrated brand promotion, demonstrating a strong willingness and mutual vision for collaboration.

A representative from Techcential International stated, “This visit not only gave us a concrete understanding of the latest material applications and presentation methods, but also deepened the mutual trust between Techcential, Share-Information LTD, and PDH. We look forward to more complementary and win-win partnerships in the near future.”
This visit can be seen as a meaningful business dialogue that combines strategy and goodwill. It enhanced professional understanding between both sides and laid a solid foundation for future business collaborations. Such onsite interactions between companies serve as vital bridges to strengthen partnerships and foster long-term cooperation, reflecting the proactive spirit of Taiwan’s building materials industry in pursuing innovation and connecting with the international market.
