靜音抗噪
通過2021年新的建築相關法規規定，樓板表面材衝擊音降低量指標最高達21分貝以上(法規規定17分貝以上)。
防水防潮
成分為碳酸鈣等無機物製作，因原料具防水性，表層也做了銀離子的特殊處理，製成後的產品亦在潮濕環境也能保持穩定，不會膨脹黴變，可鋪設於衛浴設備中。
防焰耐熱

B1級指標，僅次於石材，並且地板本身不會燃燒，高溫也不易變形，可有效起到阻燃作用。
堅固耐磨

通過國家CNS與美國ASTM測試，無懼磨礪；超高密度的堅實基材，能抵禦強力衝擊。
